Tour Package Competition
The Tour Package Competition is one of the contests organized as part of the NTSC 2023 Event. In this competition, participants will engage in presenting a travel package to a panel of judges. Participants will have the opportunity to select a destination and tourist attractions that align with the main theme of NTSC 2023.
Rules And Regulations

Each team consists of 3 members from the same institution.

The competition will be conducted offline.

Besides participants, judges, and the organizing committee, no one is allowed inside the competition room. Violations will result in disqualification.

The language used is Indonesian.

Each group is required to create a travel package that includes: a. The theme of the tour package is based on the 4 tourism mega-trends of 2023 from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy: "End of Ambition," "Embellished Escapism," "Always in Doubt," "Polycentric Lifestyle." b. The choice of tourist attractions is flexible. c. The travel package created should be for a 3-day, 2-night trip. d. The travel package must include entrance tickets to tourist attractions, accommodation, transportation, meals, and other necessary expenses. e. Prices should be provided for groups ranging from 2 to 40 people (with 2 FOC - Free of Charge slots for groups of 10 or more).

The travel package should be summarized in 4 forms: a. CAT/contract rate b. Itinerary c. E-brochure d. PowerPoint presentation (PPT)

A Technical Meeting will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023.

On Sunday, October 22, 2023, participants must submit all four forms of the travel package mentioned in point 6 above to the committee in soft file format; failure to do so will result in disqualification.

The competition will take place on Wednesday, October 24, 2023.

Participants will have 20 minutes in total, with 10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for the question and answer session.

Participants are required to gather 15 minutes before the competition begins and wait in the designated waiting area provided by the committee.

Participants are allowed to use aids.

Participants should wear neat and respectful batik attire without displaying specific organizations or institutions.
