Manual Brew Competition
The Manual Brew competition is a competition where participants compete to serve a perfect cup of coffee using manual brewing methods. The main goal of this competition is to showcase participants' skills and understanding in mastering manual brewing techniques, understanding coffee characteristics, and providing a unique tasting experience to the judges.
Rules and Regulation

Participants must be present and re-register 15 minutes before the competition.

Participants are required to maintain cleanliness for mutual comfort.

Participants and spectators are prohibited from intimidating participants who are competing.

Participants are allowed to bring their own equipment such as a hand grinder, kettle, dripper (V60), and scale.

Participants must adhere to the smart casual dress code.

The judges' decision is final and cannot be contested.

Scoring criteria: Cleanliness, Taste, Method, Brewed Result (150ml).
