Rules and Regulation

This is an individual cooking competition.

Competition will be held on-site in Nusantara Kitchen PPNHIB.

Participant needs to be enrolled on a full-time high school program or Diploma program or Undergraduate degree program. A post graduate programme student is not eligible to enter the competition.

The student's High School/Institute/College/University will be required to provide a signed proof statement confirming their full time status. This will need to be submitted at the time of registration.

Online registration form must be filled in accordance with ID card.

Participants can only compete in 1 (one) competition.

There is no participating fee in this competition.
Dish Regulation
-
Participants are required to bring their own ingredients.
-
Participants must create 1 (one) dish with a total of 2 (two) servings.

Participants are required to bring their own plate/serving dish.

Participants are allowed to have 1 (one) helper for washing up, carrying utensils & ingredients, and clearing down working areas. Helpers are NOT ALLOWED to involve in any product making and preparation.

The following items will be provided on-site:

Stove – 2 stove burners for each participant

Oven 3 deck – share

Sink – share
-
Chiller – share
-
Griller (1) – share
-
Griddle (2) – share

Working table
-
Cutting board – 1 for each participant

For any other cutting dan cooking utensils (e.g.: saucepan, spatula, blender, knife, etc) must be provided by each participant.

Recipe must contain Indonesian ‘bahari’ or seafood as the main ingredient.

Time allowed: 45 minutes (preparation to finishing product).

As soon as participants finish their dish (before time or on time), 1 plate must be immediately given to the judges and the other is used as a display.
